建設分野 人材 育成プログラム

名北トレーニングの建設分野トレーニングプログラムは、日本の建設分野で安全かつ長期的に活躍できる人材を育成することを目標とし、以下のカリキュラムを行います。

■ 日本語教育

建設現場で使用される作業指示を理解できる基礎的な日本語力を養成します。

■ 専門講習

建設業に従事する外国人労働者向け教材を使用
　以下の内容について、動画およびテキストを用いて学習します。

　・「建設現場全般」

　建設現場における基本的なルール、安全管理、作業の流れなど、現場で求められる基礎知識を習得します。

　・「熱中症対策」

日本の夏季環境を踏まえ、熱中症の予防方法や初期対応、体調管理の重要性について学びます。

■ 生活＆文化トレーニング

日本の建設現場で求められる時間厳守、安全意識、チームワークの重要性を理解し、規律ある行動習慣を身につけます。

キャリア & 資格情報

在留資格の選択肢　(2026年2月時点)

※必ず関連機関のHPで最新の情報を確認してください。
技能実習制度（TITP）／特定技能1号（SSW 1号）

 

在留期間

  • 技能実習1号（TITP i）：1年

  • 技能実習2号（TITP ii）：2年

  • 技能実習3号（TITP iii）：2年
    ※3号については、一定の要件を満たした場合に限り移行可能

  • 特定技能1号（SSW 1号）：最長5年

※技能実習および特定技能1号では家族の帯同は認められていません。
（特定技能2号を取得した場合に限り、家族帯同が可能となります。）

 

在留資格の移行

技能実習を良好に修了した場合、特定技能1号への移行が可能です。

At Meihoku Training Center, we learned Japanese and about life in Japan. The teachers were strict but friendly, and students were grouped by language level for easier learning. A native Japanese teacher was also available, and some lessons were explained in Nepali. The center’s rules and schedules gave us valuable experience before coming to Japan.

Dormitory life at Meihoku Training Center was even better than I expected. I believe that a good environment and comfortable accommodation are essential to study, and Meihoku provided both. The way the teachers taught Japanese was also excellent. Thanks to their support, I was able to study Japanese effectively and fulfill my dream of coming to Japan.

I think Meihoku Training Center is a great place. The teachers taught Japanese in a way that was easy for us to understand, and they had good personalities. The learning environment and the way the teachers guided us were excellent, which helped us pass the JLPT N4 and come to Japan.I’m truly grateful to all the teachers.
