日本の食品関係の分野で活躍できる人材を育成するため、以下のカリキュラムで教育を行います。

■ 日本語教育

日本語試験の合格を目指すだけでなく、現場で実際に使える「読む・聞く・話す」力の育成に注力しています。
作業指示の理解や報告・連絡・相談ができる実践的な日本語力を養います。

■ 専門講義

日本人の調理師免許取得者による講義（オンライン・食品関係の仕事に従事する労働者向けのテキスト使用（60分 × 5回））を実施し、食品衛生・安全管理・製造工程の基礎知識を学びます。

■ 用語集の履修

食品関係の現場で使用される専門用語を体系的に習得し、作業指示の理解力向上を図ります。

■ 生活＆文化トレーニング

日本の職場文化や時間管理、意識など、日本で働く上で求められる規律と責任感を育成します。

1. Are food service jobs in demand in Japan?

Yes. Restaurants, hotels, cafés, and large food service facilities face staff shortages, especially outside major cities. Meihoku Training prepares students with practical skills, Japanese workplace knowledge, and customer service training, making them highly employable in Japan’s food service industry.

2. Do I have day off?

Yes. According to Japanese law, you will have at least one day off per week.
Paid leave is also available.

3. Do I need to know Japanese to work?

SSW applicants: JLPT N4 or JFT-Basic required.
TITP applicants: Basic conversational ability needed; JLPT not mandatory at entry.
